"The Palatine" -
October 19, 2011This workout is approximately 5.25 miles long and results are
based on total time. Here is the workout:
Notes: Workout was run with a shifting emphasis, at
least for the top 12. Everyone else was allowed to run it at
will. Weather was putrid. WInds gusting to 30 miles
per hour, persistent rain, and temperatures in the 40s.
Probably worst weather I have ever seen for this workout.
Emphasis on the campus loops was brisk pace with at least seven
men together, then a drastic shift when we hit the track.
Tomkiewicz broke the 1200 meter phase record after getting yelled
at for nearly sleeping through practice.
